As President and CEO, Agnes Huff, PhD, founded the firm on the principle that well-established communications goals are the path connecting corporations, small businesses and individuals to the achievement of their overall business objectives.
A prominent and well-respected public relations and strategic communications consultant with more than 20 years professional experience, Huff leads a team of talented professionals who produce award-winning work for firm clients.
With advanced academic credentials in psychology, clients benefit from the depth of insight and understanding of human behavior that she applies hands-on to each client’s needs. Utilizing this discipline, she develops individualized strategic communications programs for a wide variety of clients in major industries.
Huff’s practice specialties include reputation management, brand building and corporate communications for clients in high profile industries faced with high stakes communication challenges. Analytical and a skilled media strategist, company executives have often tapped the firm to assist whenever damaging or potentially sensitive issues arise. In addition helping clients resolve crises, she has written book chapters and numerous articles on public relations, media communications and crisis planning and management and conducts training sessions worldwide.
Huff is involved with key industry and professional organizations, including the Public Relations Society of America, where she was a professional development seminar instructor for public relations and crisis communications courses. She instructed at the University of Southern California and served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of California at Riverside.

Anna Jerden is an accomplished public relations manager and communications strategist with more than 10 years of experience in agency public relations. Her career client list comprises industry’s most recognized brands and entities, including Nike, Procter & Gamble, General Motors, Nestlé, Motorola, ABC Television, the United States Army, the State of California, Evian, Botox, Earthlink, Philips Electronics, Medtronic and more.
As a key member the executive team at Agnes Huff Communications Group, Jerden oversees account activities and staff for the agency’s wide base of clients. In this role, she leads campaign conceptualization and develops the strategic approach with her diverse portfolio of case experience. As lead media strategist, she creates news opportunities with influential media contacts to provide clients with the desired platforms essential for dissemination of strategic messaging. Jerden’s pitch campaigns have landed clients on top media programs and outlets, including Entertainment Tonight, People Magazine, Discovery Health, CNN, ABC, FOX Radio, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and more.
Prior to joining Agnes Huff Communications Group, Jerden served as an account leader at global Publicis Groupe PR firm Manning Selvage & Lee’s Los Angeles office, where she executed healthcare and consumer public relations.
Jerden’s journalism background served as the foundation for her PR and communications career. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in print journalism and public relations from California State University, Northridge.
